Exteranal Property and Inside Touch up Needed

I ended up getting a hotel room. The state of the property is not good. The outdoors is very dirty and very poorly lit. The stairs are enclosed and have no lighting at all. At night, people are hanging outside. The inside has a good layout but there are a lot of deep cracks. The wall paint and bathtub coating is chiping away. I also saw several small live roaches in hallway. Motel vibes.

Unit swap?

The property in the pix is not the unit we were given. No toilet paper, no towel bar, no laundry detergent, cracked mirror. The building had broken lights in stairwell- making it very dark and unsafe.The bed was super comfortable and linens very nice.

Wife has dental surgery and the property has a mini bullet which we used. This was amazing and not something we had planned for. Truly amazing. Thank you
