South Lamar makes exploring Austin a breeze! You’re just minutes from downtown, Zilker Park, and Barton Springs. Driving is easy, but you’ll also find plenty of other ways to get around:



Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are everywhere—perfect for nights out on SoLa or quick trips downtown.



Walking: If you’re staying near the action, you can stroll to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars right on South Lamar.



Scooters & Bikes: Austin’s famous for its scooters and e-bikes—grab one for a fun ride to Zilker or Lady Bird Lake.



Public Transit: CapMetro buses run along South Lamar for an easy, budget-friendly option.

• Trash & Waste Disposal

To help keep the space clean and avoid any extra fees, please ensure all trash fits securely inside the provided bins. If there is excess trash that doesn’t fit (this can occasionally happen after gatherings), it may require a separate haul-off, which could result in an additional charge. Please also make sure waste is placed in the correct bins as improper disposal in recycling or compost bins may incur a fine.



• Mailbox Access

The mailbox is reserved for owner use only. Please arrange alternative options for receiving mail or packages during your stay.



• Train Noise

There is a nearby train line that adds a bit of local character to the area. You may hear the train pass by from time to time, including its horn, especially during certain hours of the day.



• Hot Tub Notice

This hot tub is not a standard model and may take longer to reach your preferred temperature. We recommend raising the temperature a couple of hours before use to ensure it’s warm and ready when you are. Please note it is not functional until further notice.
