Away From Desk
Posted Feb. 16, 2024 on HotelsAll was great except check in. Arrived at 10:10 pm to find all doors locked and no one at the desk visible from front door. I had confirmed that check in was until midnight, so was concerned. Tried calling to no avail. About 10 minutes later while I was still trying to solve my dilemma, someone walked into the lobby from the north hall. It was the desk clerk who had “gone to the restroom “. I can understand that need, but there should be a note on the door so that arrivals know what is going on. Otherwise stay great.
