The place is fantastic amazing ocean view lots of space nicely stocked very clean! After the day’s celebrating at the wine mixer it was such a nice place to come home to and relax.
I highly recommend staying here we would choose this again!

Great location and view!

Clean property, comfy bed (not hard) with extra pillows, beautiful view from living and bedroom, and loved having the golf cart to explore Avalon (its also within walking distance). Enjoyed every moment and will definitely return!

Exceptional Stay at HAMCOVE – Perfect for Families!

Richard, the host, was amazing, accommodating us with an early check-in and providing detailed instructions and helpful tips to enhance our stay.
The villa, located in Hamilton Cove, was beautiful with stunning views. The convenience of having a golf cart made exploring the island easy and fun. Richard’s suggestions for getting around and using the local grocery store were very helpful.
Our stay was magnificent, and our son loved everything—especially the villa, the view, and riding in the golf cart. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, ensuring any questions were promptly addressed. The villa was well-equipped and comfortable, making for a perfect vacation.
Overall, our stay at HAMCOVE was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again in the future. I highly recommend this rental for a memorable and enjoyable stay on Catalina Island. Thank you, Richard!

Stayed in Hamilton Cove many times But this Condo is in such an excellent location and the owner really takes care of his place and guest!!!

Enjoyed our stay
Publié le 1 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at HamCove on our recent trip to Avalon and had a great experience within Hamilton cove and exploring the island, It is conveniently located in a gated community with private access to the beach and various activities. We were not able to maximize our stay due to the rain, but got most of it on the days it was clear. Overall a great experience

Even still, we strive to keep up to date( new Fridge just installed) New knives and cutting board on a guest's suggestion is evidence we improve whenever possible and appreciate friendly input. Beautiful property with amazing views of the ocean. The property was very safe and super quiet for us. The unit had everything we needed. The golf cart was a big plus so that we easily had transportation to get around the island. It was fun putting around with it. Great comminication from our host and a lovely trip!

Thanksgiving at the Villa (Hamilton Cove) Catalina Island
Publié le 28 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had the BEST time. Perfect weather, while coming from different ports all arrived within a half hour of each other and the villa was ready. All directions/suggestion were spot on. We loved waking and sleeping to the sounds of the ocean, getting up to the most beautiful view each day and night. Perfect distance with being able to see deer and the beautiful route to town. Great distance to do things and see things. The host was outstanding and the website was right on. We loved it!!

Thank you for the Outstanding review! Pix cannot do the Ocean view justice. When guests have such a positive attitude, it's no surprise that both she and I had a great outcome! We genuinely appreciate all of our guests( you are helping 2 young men's Dad afford out of state tuition) and try our very best to keep everyone happy. You have my personal cell #...it is an island and sometimes things happen. Unlike management companies that outside of 9 to 5, or weekends, it's impossible to contact them :(
