Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath ski-in/ski-out, 2100 square foot condo is in an unbeatable location in Beaver Creek, which offers ultimate convenience in all seasons. Direct ski-in/ ski-out access to your back door.

Our condo is centrally located near the main skier plaza, a short distance to the lifts and just steps away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops and skiing amenities. You have immediate access to all of the resort amenities, and fantastic value in this exceptional residence. Nothing defines “first-class resort” as perfectly as Beaver Creek, with its immaculately groomed slopes, charming village, heated pathways, escalators and some of the best skiing and snowboarding Colorado has to offer.

Our condo is beautifully furnished and is perfect for large families. It will be an instant home away from home for you while on your vacation! The kitchen is ideal design for making delicious meals while on your vacation. Enjoy your time in Beaver Creek or contact a local Uber driver for quick a 10 minute drive to visit Vail Village and Vail Mountain.

On-site amenities at Highlands Slopeside include: underground garage parking, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, and small fitness center. Access to these amenities is included in your stay.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

great location!!

great location to ski or be in the village!!clean and lots of room!!be sure you get a parking pass from the front desk of the community
 it’s in the check in notes but it’s not bold and easy to skip over also we didn’t have towels and low toilet paper less than we were told for arrival. make sure you double check those things when you arrive.would definitely stay again with friends or our family!!

Perfect Ski Getaway

This condo is fabulous! So well appointed, beautifully decorated, and the location cannot be beat! You can ski right out the back and the views of Beaver Creek Mountain are unreal. It is the perfect spot for a larger family or group with 3/4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable.

Amazing Rental with Prime Location for Ski In and Out

We had a wonderful time in Beaver Creek. This home was as described, beautiful location and lots of space for our family to relax. Easy to stop in for lunch or a bathroom break and easily get back on the slopes. The kitchen was well equipped and being able to cook meals was a real cost savings on our trip. The Beaver Creek shuttle makes it super easy to get around. Will be back next year!

Slopeside experience

We enjoyed the property for 4 weeks. Initially, the dishwasher didn’t work, however it was replaced in the first week. Also, the grill was unusable. A new grill arrived within hours, after property management saw the condition of the old grill. This was greatly appreciated. Only negative was that the defective dishwasher sat on our back porch for the entire stay.

CO Spring Break

Accomodations are just as lovely as pictured and a true ski in/ ski out. Check out was a treat because we were only required to run the dishwasher. This was extremely helpful since we had a 2 hour drive to the airport early in the morning.

Great stay!

The location is wonderful. We were able to ski down to ski school every morning. We could also ski right to the lifts. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed! It was clean and easy to get to!

Perfect ski in/out! Great place with kids to be able to hop on gondala and head up while parents can relax at Park Hyatt or in condo. Manager was great getting in touch. Only downside was the spa/pool is a hike to get to.

PERFECT CONDO AND LOCATION

Absolutely perfect in every way. The description of the location could be clearer. When it says "ski in/ski out, I mean ski right to the back door. We took our skis off 1 inch from the back patio. The ski locker for storing was 5 feet from where we took them off. To ski out, we had to walk about 10 yards to the top of the path, then we could ski all the way down to the Centennial lift or the Highlands Gondola. The condo was beautiful and laid our very well. We had everything we could ever need. Even the trash chute is 10 feet from the front door of the unit. Parking was tight but no problem with our Expedition. There was grill on the patio and it worked perfectly. The views were amazing. If you are looking for the best ski in/ski out condo, this is it!! We will be back!!!
