3 oda rezerve ettik. 17:00 den sonra resepsiyonda kimse yok. Vantilatöre yanlışlıkla bastık kumanda bir daha çalışmadı dışarısı11derece, neyseki maaile gittiğimizden diğerlerinin odasından kumanda aldık kapadık,yoksa soğuk fıldır fıldır esiyordu. Bu kez klima 2 dk çalışıyor duruyor o da olmadı, Terlik yok, basit bir kullan at terlik yoktu!! Ayakkabıları giymek zorunda kaldık. Diğer 2 oda da yoktu. Temizlik açısından, ilk odaya girdik çok iyi bulduk. Odalarda terlik olmayışına şaşırdık, Bunların dışında merkezde oluşu ile iyiydi. Görevliye teknik sorunların bizim odamızda olduğunu ama terliklerin 3 odada da olmadığını belirttik, kendileri özürlerini belirtti, bir daha ki seyehatimizde telafi edileceğini bildirdiler. La réception était fermé , nous avons dû attendre 15 minutes dehors que quelqu un de l extérieur vienne nous ouvrir . La salle de bain avait une forte odeur de rejet d égout . Le lit craqué . Pas de petit déjeuner en option à l hôtel

güzel manzara ve iyi konum

Otel konumu çok iyiydi. Ayvalık içinde heryere yürüyerek ulaşabilir durumdaydık. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve bir ihtiyaç halinde yardımcı oluyorlardı. Odalarda mini buzdolabı olsa daha kullanışlı olabilirdi fakat ortak alandaki buzdolabı da yeterliydi. Kahvaltı hizmetinin sunulması daha iyi olabilirdi. Teraslı odaların manzarası tekrardan konaklama kararı vermek için yeterli bir neden.

Kahvaltı servisi yok

Daha önce kahvaltı servisi olan bir otelmis. Şimdiki işletmeci kahvaltı servisini iptal etmiş. Yine kendisine ait olan bir kafeye yönlendiriyorlar kahvaltı için. Bence böyle bir otelde bu hizmet olmalı, özellikle kahvaltı mekanı sahibi işletmecisi olan bir otel mutlaka bu hizmeti vermeli. Dolayısıyla, f/p olarak uygun bir konaklama olmadı benim için.

Daha önce de konakladığımız bir yerdi fakat el değiştirmiş başka biri devir almış. Odada tv ,buzdolabı yoktu, duşakabin yerinden çıkmıştı kapanmıyordu ( menteşeli olduğu ve cam olduğu için her an cam patlayabilir), duş gideri çok dolu ve temizlenmediği için tıkalı ve su hemen tahliye olmuyordu, lavabodaki armatür iyi çalışmıyordu ve odanın süpürülmesi gereken temizlik eksiklikleri vardı. Daha önce Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi ,bahçesinde sabahları kahvaltı etmek çok hoş oluyordu ,sırf onun için başkası tarafından devir alındığının farkına varmadan yeri ayırtmıştım, fakat devir alan kişiler kahvaltıyı kaldırıp kendi kahvaltıcılarına yönlendiriyor misafirleri.
