LUCHON "RESIDENCE LES TERRASSES D'ETIGNY" Located at the foot of the gondola lift to SUPERBAGNERES.

In the "LES EGLANTIERS" building, a small, newly renovated studio apartment for 2/3 people (21 m²) is located on the 2nd floor with elevator access. It faces northwest and offers a beautiful mountain view and a 4.50 m² loggia with a garden table. This accommodation is close to shops and the thermal baths.

This studio features an entrance with two bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, washing machine, separate WC, a living room facing northwest with a very comfortable double sofa bed (140 cm), chest of drawers, and television, and a fully equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room (Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, mini-oven, microwave).

The floor is laminate flooring.

Bon séjour

Malgré le temps plus que maussade nous avons passé un bon moment. Il est important de savoir que la remontée vers Superbagnere est juste devant l'immeuble donc un peu de bruit
