LOCATED AT THE CENTER OF BAGUIO CITY. FEEL THE OLD BAGUIO FEELING WITH QUIET AND PEACEFUL AMBIANCE. SURROUNDED WITH PINETREES AND LOCATED BESIDE A NOT SO BUSY STREET. BESIDE BRENT SCHOOL AND PINK SISTERS.

The space
This unit can accommodate a maximum capacity of 6 persons. 1 double sized bunkbed is provided at the bedroom for 4 persons and 1 day bed with pullout at the living room for 2 persons.

Guests can cook their meals while enjoying their stay since basic kitchen utensils are also provided.

Guest access
The standard CHECK IN TIME IS 2PM and CHECK OUT @ 11am.

- You are required to register and present your valid IDs (all adult guests and for guests who are still students, school ID's are accepted).
- Please manage your expectation that check-in may take up to 15 minutes, Brenthill management needs to validate guest list upon registration for security purposes.
- Only REGISTERED GUESTS listed during booking are allowed to enter the unit. Guest is NOT ALLOWED TO ACCEPT VISITORS.

- Pease take note that basement parking/pay parking will only be accommodated at 2pm onwards and not earlier than 2pm.

- For LATE CHECK IN/ SELF CHECK IN: upon arrival at brenthill condominium kindly approach the guard on duty for assistance please mention your unit number and present your IDs. After registration you can now proceed to your unit.

NOTE: For Late/self check in, the keycard for elevator is located at (L1) mailbox number 405. Please ask assistance from the guard on duty 😊

Other things to note
PETS ARE WELCOME! ☺️

Hi there! Yes pets are allowed however , P2000 security deposit will be collected upon check in. The amount collected will be refunded if;

1. There are no damages( by your pet) occurred inside the unit upon check out.
2. No other tenants complained regarding pet's noise.
3. Security Deposit will be refunded at 1pm on your check out day.

Please take note that if damages exceeded the security deposit, you are responsible to cover for the additional cost of any repair or replacement fee.

OTHER THINGS TO TAKE NOTE:

- INCIDENTAL FEE OF P500 PER UNIT WILL BE COLLECTED UPON CHECK IN AND WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK OUT ONCE THE UNIT IS CHECKED AND CLEARED.
