The Lane is an opulent holiday home ideal for a family and friends retreat. Boasting 2 large living areas, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the expansive space provides room for 10 guests to spread out and relax.

Tucked away behind the main street and Lennox Head Village, this beautiful home is situated in a prime position for a desirable and effortless escape. With ample indoor-outdoor living, this home has been carefully designed to offer exceptional space and convenience to holidaymakers truly an entertainers delight.

Step inside to find an expansive hallway, fitted with high ceilings, and opening through to the open plan living area with floor to ceiling windows that allow for an abundance of natural light.

At the end of the hall, youll be welcomed to the free-flowing space, incorporating the true meaning of outdoor-indoor living. The kitchen is to your left, comprising of an array of stone bench tops and quality appliances. The kitchen serves as an entertainers dream kitchen, fitted with an impressive wine rack and bar fridge.

There are three large bedrooms downstairs and a modern main bathroom with seperate powder room for extra convenience.

This place is meant for meaningful conversations with friends and family, social connection flowing across the alfresco space and between the kitchen, living, BBQ, and dining area. A notable feature is the two-way open fireplace that sits between the dining and lounge space, providing ultimate year round luxury.

Moving adjacent to the kitchen is the 8-person indoor dining table and the sophisticated living room, where you can relax on the comfortable lounge and enjoy a film. Large glass panels and recanting sliders facilitate a smooth flow out to the outdoor dining and pool area.

Ascend the timber stairs to the light filled top floor where you will find a further 2 bedrooms, main bathroom and an additional living area and deck which is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cuppa and check the surf. The impressive master suite has a king bed and spacious ensuite.
