The rooms needed serious renovation. Mostly the bathroom. Faucets were hard to turn. The diverter from tub to showe3r it not fully work, had water coming out of both. Shower had little water pressure

Good stay

The service was great, checked in quick. The hallways, elevator, and room were clean. Everything worked in the room.

They initially put us in a room that already had people in it, which wasn't great. They corrected their mistake, but the property is unimpressive. Scratchy sheets. Unimpressive breakfast. Okay for a night near the airport, but could be better for the money.

Will Stay Again!!!

Staff was busy with being sold out night before and service running behind service but they got us our room in a timely manner. Other then the rather small sized pillows provided, everything was very good.

POOR EXPERIENCE

Service was poor, unprofessional. Ice machine didn't work on the 4th floor, had to go to the main lobby to get ice. Small pillows on the King size bed looked like pillows for a child's bed. Toilet leaked and sink leaked. I wouldn't recommend it, nor will I stay there again.

I had two issues, both minor, but aggravating. First, I called to ask about “park and fly” and the desk person was very helpful in explaining it, but failed to mention that you need to book it online to secure a spot. Since I did not know that, I found out that they were full and the service was not available. HOWEVER, they told me a bout a very convenient “park and fly” operation across the street, so kudos to the staff for that. The second issue was the TV - the remote did not work at all. I could not find the switch to turn the TV on, but the deck clerk came to the room to verify that the TV was not functioning so I could get a discount, and happened to find a power button on the back. That got the TV working, but the remote never did. I did not press that problem. So, high marks to the staff.
