Check in was cumbersome; parking is difficult + staff offer little assistance to help accommodate. TV in room was beautiful but no instructions provided + sound on remote did not work. Overall, great location neighborhood, spacious accommodations but parking is a hassle + staff courteous but not very helpful. Doubt we will return.

We were meeting friends for dinner in the Federal Hill area and thought we’d try this new hotel. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The space was more like a small condo. Which is nice. Despite the new construction there are no USB ports. Most hotels these days have ports built into the nightstands or lamps. So be sure to bring a charging block. Location is a bit remote. There is really only Sagamour distillery and Under Armour headquarters within walking distance. Parking is not great.There were no spots available at the small outdoor lot across the street that is shared with the distillery. We ended up at a garage a couple blocks away on the 3rd level. After checking out we noticed most cars parked on the street received parking tickets.So be aware. The website says they try to accommodate late check-out. At check-in we asked about an extra hour and were told to call the front desk Sunday morning. I called and was told it was not possible. When we left the room at 11am there was no housekeeping visible. Seems like an extra half hour would not have been a problem. Not sure why we got a hard no. Otherwise staff was friendly. Bottom line, if you plan to tour Sagamore Distillery or Under Armour, or if you need a washer dryer for your stay, then this hotel is fine. However if you plan to tour the city I’d recommend one of the many hotels downtown.

This place was beautiful. The rooms were designed and equipped like a full condominium including full kitchen and washer and dryer. The gym was pristine with nice equipment, and the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I particularly loved the common areas including a separate area on one of the floors that was a huge lounge for quiet time, parties, or just getting some work done outside of your room. I was staying there for one night for work but definitely would stay again for longer and recommend it to business travelers. I am not certain about things to do in the surrounding area as it was my first time in Baltimore, and I was there for a business meeting a block away. We did eat at a great restaurant the night before that was around the corner.

Everything was excellent. The bedroom was perfect. The cleaning sprays they had for the kitchen made a great impression on my wife she just ordered the same for our kitchen. We decided not to look anywhere else for a hotel when we visit Baltimore due to where our friends live.
