Hôtel de grand confort, proche du centre ville

Pour : Le caractère historique de l'hôtel, qui a conservé son style des années 30; nombreuses photos des années 1950 dans le hall et dans les étages.
Contre : Eau de la piscine un peu fraîche (22-23 degrés)
Emplacement : Hôtel proche du "Montmartre" de Bandung, du centre vile et de l'intéressant musée de La Conférence Historique de Bandung Asie / Afrique de 1955.
Cet hôtel mérite largement ses 5 étoiles, notamment par rapport à la qualité du service (personnel nombreux et attentionné, notamment pour le buffet très varié du petit déjeuner). A noter aussi le confort du lit et le rapport qualité / prix incomparable pour un touriste occidental !

The hotel is very centrally located and you can walk to many cafes and restaurants. The service was always friendly and the staff very helpful.
Unfortunately, the hotel is very outdated and is in desperate need of renovation. Some rooms are obviously already being renovated as well.

Really bad hotel. Old en dirty!
I would not recommend this to anyone.
We had a deluxe room that was terrible.
After a lot of trouble we get an upgrade by the manager wich was good. First one who appologized.
The new room was better. So if you want to stay here book above deluxe room.
The staff in the morning was much better.
Overall I would not stay here again.

Needs a lot of work

The swimming pool is located above a car park, water is cold and a made up gym on its side. Shower area old and dirty. The room is old with ants! The hotel lobby is small and unwelcoming design of chaos. The good thing about this hotel is the photogenic dining room (dusty tree decorations) and the staff. Otherwise I can’t wait to check out feeling was with me for two nights.
