No hotwater after 10pm for some(if not all) part of the third floor. The AC is also too loud, the fan control makes no difference. Some of the toilet is also too small.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The location on fantastic there was so much within walking distance. All the price was a bit high. It was worth it to be right in downtown Banff.

I liked that the property was in Bamff Downtown and everything was at walking distance. No need to get the car out of hotel parking. Room and Washroom were good, neat and clean, mordern but the washroom are little narrow

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel, very close to the downtown. Many restaurants near, and everything is walkable. There is a parking lot with limited space and height restrication. The room was quiet.

The front staff was warm and welcoming. We recieved free bus passes with our room, which our 4 yr old was thrilled about! Taking the bus in an activity alone for littles. The room was clean and well maintained. The only “complaint” one could say is the coffee machine was finicky but it did work.

Good property, front desk staff were all awesome! Very accommodating and helped us with all our questions. Even though an older hotel, we were pleased. Pillows could use an update and pls pls pls upgrade to two ply Kleenex. Miheal, from Croatia, who served us breakfast on the patio this morning was super sweet and offered us excellent service.
