Plutôt bon dans l'ensemble malgré des bémols

En revanche, deux bémols:
Nous avons demandé à l'hotel des conseils pour se rendre à l'aéroport. Ils nous ont répondu que cela prendrait maximum 40,minutes à 16h et qu'il n'était pas nécessaire de réserver à l'avance le taxi et de ne le faire appeler que 10 minutes avant. Or, il nous a fallu 25 minutes d'attente pour le taxi et 1h30 pour aller à l'aéroport, heureusement que nous avions pris de la marge, nous aurions raté notre avion sinon! Ce n'est pas sérieux de la part du personnel de l'hotel de ne pas savoir conseiller correctement leurs clients à ce sujet... Par ailleurs, personnel très agréable.
2ème bémol, il y avait une grosse tache de sang sur la couette, probablement passée inaperçue, ça arrive, mais pour un hôtel de bon standing, c'est quand même décevant...

For taxi arrangement, so sorry to hear it took long time for waiting. It was because many people arriving Chinatown area so traffic was quite jam at that moment. Lastly, we deeply apologized about the duvet you mentioned you found the bloodstain. As ASAI would love to provide the most comfortable stay to all guest, this matter should not be happened to you. Thus we will take this matter for lesson and will improve our quality urgently. We really hope this would not spoil your whole stay anyway. Regards,

Petit déjeuner au top très qualitatif et copieux
Nous reviendrons volontiers dans cette hôtel au prochain passage à bangkok, bien situé pour visiter les sites touristiques!
