Super nice hotel along the riverside with complimentary boat shuttle to many attractions. The junior suite was lovely and large and oh so comfortable. Loved the soaking tub and little extras provided by the hotel staff. Great hotel restaurants & dining options with fantastic menus and high quality cuisine. Breakfast buffet was wonderful! We enjoyed the beautiful rooftop pool and amenities. Well appointed gym also. Absolutely wonderful hotel & staff!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained, although the wardrobe space was somewhat limited. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which truly made a positive difference. Breakfast was sufficient overall, but the selection of cheeses was limited. Still, the service at breakfast was excellent and very attentive.

Lovely hotel. I booked a River View Room with lovely views of the Chao Phraya River. Nice room. Bright and comfortable. Not too spacious but fine for 3 nights. Very clean as was the property. Staff were all very friendly and pleasant. Housekeeping was done well each day. I am travelling for a while so I had laundry and dry cleaning done which was done perfectly. Complimentary water is included daily. There is a minibar and fridge in the room. I didn't include breakfast so can't comment on this. Whilst I enjoyed my stay here, I found the location a little isolated and too peaceful for me. It wasn't that easy to reach the BTS despite the hotel providing a complimentary boat service to Sathorn Pier (BTS). I missed the energy and noise of Sukhumvit which is where I usually stay when in Bangkok. It is a lovely hotel with good service and beautiful views. If you are looking for something peaceful, then yes, I would recommend this hotel.
