Very good value for money in an expensive areas. For the price it's very hard to beat in the Asoke-Nana area. Great small hotel with the kind of thai value-for-money that seems to be harder to find with each year. Rooms are comfortable, aircon cold, bathroom nice, staff plentiful and friendly. There is breakfast (overpriced) and a ground floor pool. A bar at the top floor. The street itself doesn't have much going on, but its a short walk to 7-11, Koreatown or Terminal21 mall as well as Soi 11/Cowboy if that is for one's interest. Quiet, no red light action. Unsure as to guest friendliness, think it would be possible if smart about it. Travellers are this hotel seem to mainly be korean tourists along with westerners.

Friendly attentive staff. Great location, although a bit of a walk down the soi. 7-11, 5 mins walk. BTS around 8-10 mins. Lifts are a bit weird and were complicated after a long day of travelling. It was noisy at times. Ignorant people coming in late at night, shouting in the corridor, and banging around. Room was adequate, although bathroom space for bits limited. Otherwise good place. I would stay again, but only if the price was right.

Property overall was overall quite ok and staff very helpful. While the room was clean, we arrived to two bath towels but no bath mat. On the second day, we asked and received one. Friend’s room had no towels! Shower did not draw n properly so bathroom floor soaked and it becomes a safety hazard.

Needed to see Sukhumvit, love the crowded area. Not so happy with the tsunami of hookers grabbing your arm touching you and crawling in lingerie on the hotel 4th floor hall! For those who love it pretty fine but I don’t like physical contact when not asked for. Overall Hotel service is excellent, so it may be the area not the hotel. Travelled solo so maybe I was put in fourth floor for an assumption.
