Not a conventional hotel. Clean room .

Thai apartment building. Room is clean. Very quiet. I'm excellent location. Right by a BTR station and close to the BTS. Lunch time is great in the outdoor trees good stalls across from the Willows tower. Cable tv not offering anything in English but stream Netflix or you tube. You can get a tourist SIM and pay 550 baht per month for unlimited data. Look up True 4G and type in the plan code after you load up your phone with cash. Can all be done at 7-11. This place is the price of a hostel but you get a private clean room . Fridge, microwave ,air con ,wifi. Stock up on water toilet paper since you won't likely see anybody after you check in. It's super quiet and secure. Key card to get in, 2 locks on the door and chain. Seem to put everybody on the 6th floor. Top floor. Has elevated. For what you pay definitely worth it.
