Felt Cheated.

I booked this hotel because the rating was Exceptional! Don't know which idiot rated it? Or did the Rater forget the word Bad? Room was dark even with all lights on. No lcd TV as stated and remote control couldn't work? No hot water at all though there is a water heater? Air-con is never cold, works more like a fan? Bed was really bad! No comfort at all. I did not even have a good night sleep over my five nights' stay. On my first night, my whole back was itchy sleeping on it. I think bed sheets were not clean? Hotel lobby staffs were friendly though. Will not stay again or recommend to anyone.
