Recommend but need some improvement

bed is comfortable, room is big however the bathroom condition is not pleasant. Even though come with long bath, the whole floor will be flooded after shower due to the techinical part of the longbath installation that will lead the water to flow to the floor. It is rather dangerous as it is very slippery after shower and the water will not dry up as the floor gradient does not allow the water to flow. It was quite a messy experience for a hotel. Even though we had informed the house keeping, nothing much can be done. Otherwise room is nice. Walk is about 7 mins to Nana station from hotel.

Parkroyal suite was a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The deskstaff Pat was so helpful. When i was having problems with my credit card and my cell phone wouldn't work she let me use her personal cell phone to call my bank in the states and when i tried to thank her she said she was just doing her job. No Pat you went far beyond your duties!

From the minute I walked into the lobby, I was greeted very well from the staff and desk man Pia. He was so helpful and my room was excellent value. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again
