Our suite was large, spacious and clean. Reception staff and restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent for westerners as well as for locals. This is the third time my boyfriend and I have stayed here. It's in a busy area, but still quiet at the same time. There are lots of amenities, including a washer/dryer, which is a plus. There are also two 7-Elevens nearby and a laundromat. We are a three-minute walk from the BTS Nana station, which makes getting around easy. The staff are very polite and welcoming. We would stay there again anytime.

Parkroyal was an excellent mid-range luxury hotel for the money and is perfectly positioned for someone who wants to enjoy the nightlife of Nana Plaza without being stuck in the middle of it. My unit was basically an efficiency apartment that I could have lived in full-time. Staff was AMAZING and friendly 100% of the time. The biggest surprise for me was that the food at Parkroyal was better than ANY OTHER restaurant that we ate at during our stay?!?
