Un gros avantage. Une navette pour se rendre à l’aéroport. Mais le quartier est bruyant.

Très bien mais service de transfert à améliorer

Chambres confortables , petit déjeuner très correct
Le service peut être amélioré : non prise en charge des valises à l’arrivée en taxi; non réponse lors de contact pour réserver la navette qui de toute façon est peu pratique car circulant uniquement toutes les 2 heures

so have to take a cab

Dear Mr. Stephen,Thank you very much for choosing to stay with us.Firstly, we are very sorry to hear that you had met an inconvenience transportation once you arrived at the airport.Normally, we are provided a shuttle service only one airport at Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) for customers 24 hours a day and it is also operated every 2 hours per round please. Kindly find our shuttle roster as following for your informations if you have a chance to return to staying with us.•Time schedule from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Hotel at 06.30, 08.30, 10.30, 12.30, 14.30 ,16.30 ,18.30, 20.30, 22.30, 00.30, 02.30, 04.30 hrs. •Meeting point at Suvarnabhumi Airport” at Gate no. 4 on the 2nd Floor with Outside hall (2nd Lane).Please kindly be noted that a shuttle service is required to make a reservation 24-48 hours in advanced or at least 24 hours please.Otherwise if your flight is run out of our schedules, we may recommend you to book a private car instead of a shuttle for your convenience.Lastly, we are hoping to welcoming you again in nearly future.Sincerely yours,
