Great location with parking available on site. Staff was super friendly and the accommodations are super cute. Just had a few cleanliness issues as we found a few bugs in the bathroom (a wasp and a couple ants) but that’s bound to happen in old buildings. Not perfect but we’d still recommend it!

hotel room appearance did not look like room advertised with nautical wallpaper, etc. inn looks nice from outside but beware if can't climb steep stairs. Room was very basic in decor/furnishings. ceiling fan made noise as did the air conditioner and had to play white noise to sleep. Minimal bathroom counter space but large and wasted space. (+) Walking distance to downtown and provided glass of champagne at check in. staff very nice. Inn offered Continental breakfast but did not eat, walked locally to restaurant.

Not a great experience

Hotel is in a great location. However, the rest of the experience was incredibly poor - unwelcoming service. Rooms incredibly dirty. Breakfast is the worst I’ve seen and not edible. Overall experience incredibly poor, especially given the price point of the hotel. Will not stay here again.

Box frame on bed, or frame of bed was messed up as the bed sank to the middle. and tub stopper didn't function. Great spot, wished it had an Ironing board and a blow Drier. Highly recommend staying here. EASY walk to down town.

We enjoyed our time at the property. We were surprised to find that the King room we booked had no seating area as shown. We checked out the direct website and different room names/photos are shown so they could use an update to be more accurate. Location is perfect and walkable to everything!

Staff was great. Accommodations were nice. Only draw back is that room #3 sits under the pantry and does get noisy around 5:30am when staff is preparing the breakfast buffet. Other than that time, place is very quiet. Would stay here again, except not in room #3.

A great stay in a wonderful & well appointed room! We had a sitting area in the eyebrow dormer (cable box was a little wonky here) and a balcony to enjoy our morning coffee & evening wine. Continental breakfast was a good jump start. Location was prime and walkable to Bar Harbor center with many yummy eateries, brewery, shopping, grocery store. Short drive to multiple entrances to Acadian National Park. Suggest having rental camp chairs for enjoying scenery at so many surrounding sites. Parking can be a little tricky in the evening at the property, but otherwise a fabulous trip!

Cute room and the Inn is walkable to everything in Bar Harbor. Quiet street but close to restaurants. Breakfast was local pastries, coffee, yea and juice. Would stay there again.

The Inn is in a great location in Bar Harbor and is convenient to everything downtown. Once you park, you do not have to move your car unless you leave town. Everything is within a short walk. The staff was absolutely fabulous. Garfield, Danielle and Nick were all great and made us feel right at home. This was our first trip to Maine and we definitely want to come back and stay here again. Such a great time.

The inn is convient to town. The room was clean. Housekeeping was great. Staff was so so, or indifferent to our concern or well being. The continental breakfast, just bad.
