Nice hotel, room was clean. Staff polite and friendly. Room included breakfast buffet style in the hotel restaurant with plenty of choices. I gave it 4 stars because it was quite noisy early in the morning. But this would not stop me from returning.

Clean room, great shuttle service to airport and amenities were very good. One complaint we did have is the bar staff that we dealt with were not very friendly and made it seem that we were asking a lot from them when we asked for ice.

Air conditioning did not work in the room. Checked in very late @11pm. When we got to room, it was quite warm so tried to adjust temperature to cool it down but controls did nothing. Thankfully, windows opened which made it a bit cooler so we were able to sleep (we were exhausted from a very long travel day).

Hotel shuttle failed to show up so had to take a taxi. Receptionist initially said I must have been in wrong place, but backtracked when shuttle driver confirmed he didn’t bother going to domestic terminal. Manager refused to speak to me- required I send an email to discuss issue. Very poor srtvice

Room was a good size,clean and tastefully decorated but smelt somewhat of possibly a cleaning product. Bathroom excellent. Noisy at times at night with loud motorbikes and people shouting outside downstairs. We were at the front,so possibly ask for room at the back.Staff efficient,and breakfast very good and varied. Bus shuttle to airport excellent and on time. Would recommend for an overnight stay before an early flight.

Everything was great about the hotel. Clean room, loved the helpful staff, had a great dinner buffett and a wonderful breakfast buffet. The only thing that could be improved was the shower. It had no room to hang the towel and the glass door wasn't completely covering the wall, so some water gets outside the shower.
