Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour à Barcelone. Nous étions 6 adultes et un bébé. L appartement est conforme aux photos. Il est trÚs bien équipé. La terrasse est vraiment agréable. Il est bien situé, métro et commerces à proximité. Nous le recommandons vivement.

TrÚs belle appartement, excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour à 6 dans ce belle appartement bien équipé, la terrasse est trÚs grande et agréable, la climatisation dans toutes les piÚces est un plus permettant de bien dormir lors des fortes chaleurs. le parking couvert et surveillé à 5 minutes est trÚs pratique avec possible d'abonnement à la semaine est trÚs bien. TrÚs bon accueil de Marc qui nous a tout expliqué et conseillé pour notre séjour. En bas de l'immeuble, il y a un marchand de fruits et légumes, un poissonnier, une boulangerie à 2 minutes et toutes les commodités à proximité. Il est trÚs facileet rapide d'aller au centre de Barcelone. Je conseille cet appartement. Et encore merci à Marc qui en plus nous a aidé à décharger la voiture.

nous avons passĂ© 5 jours Ă  Barcelone et nous avons louĂ© l'appartement de Maria et Antonio TrĂšs bonne prestation, appartement propre trĂšs bien orientĂ© avec les transports Ă  portĂ© ( mĂ©tro, bus) et facile d’accĂšs. L'accueil est parfait, appartement calme, dĂ©co parfaite, cuisine avec tout l'Ă©quipement nĂ©cessaire pour cuisiner. Un grand centre commercial en bas de l'avenue avec une multitudes de magasins, restaurants et supermarchĂ©. Juste un conseil: pour venir de l'aĂ©roport Ă  l'appartement et en repartir prendre un taxi (30- 40 euros) et mĂ©tro 15 euros / personnes avec 1 changements. Je recommande cet appartement.

Wonderful Stay. Convenient.

Great roof top patio. Comfortable beds. Perfectly clean. 24 hour mini mart half block away. Nice neighborhood. Walkable restaurants and metro. Bus stop close too. We had five of us - two couples and a 16 year old. Worked perfect. Owners were excellent and very responsive.

Perfect stay in beautiful residential part of Barcelona

The apartment is a great place to unwind and feel home in beautiful Barcelona. Stayed here for a conference at the Law Faculty which is only 10 mins. by foot or 5 by bus away. Bus stop is right on the corner of the house. From there, it's also easy to reach any place in the whole city in a short time. The apartment is well stocked, air conditioned, the three bedrooms are very comfortable, it has a cozy living area, and the roof terrace is just fantastic, with beautiful views of northern Barcelona and the Tibidabo. Meet and greet was super-friendly, welcoming and helpful, and communication with the owners was no-hassle and very attentative. Overall, a perfect place for a stay in Barcelona - very much recommend!

Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city

Quiet location with a rooftop terrace with amazing views of Tibidabo, which we were able to enjoy multiple evenings. The location is a few blocks away from the metro, about a 5-10 minute walk. Despite being in a quiet location, it was within walking distance of numerous restaurants. A 24- hour market was just across the street. The unit itself was more than adequate for our needs for our family, with enough space for all of us to have our own rooms (although all twin-sized beds, including the “master”, plus a kitchen and dining area. The only drawback of our experience was the fact that another unit was under construction for the majority of our stay, so we were often awaken by sounds of drilling and hammering before the posted “quiet hours” of 10 am. Since we were often out and about during the day, it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience, but I believe it should have been disclosed, as I’m sure other residents were notified. All in all, I would recommend this location for families looking to enjoy the city during the day, and look for some peace and relaxation during the evening.

Fantastic Holiday Place

This apartment is the ideal place as a base for exploring Barcelona. It is in an upmarket residential area, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a small convenience shop (open 24/7) 50 metres away, and a large supermarket 150 metres away. It's a 10 minute leisurely walk to Avenue Diagonal, where there is a "huge" shopping centre and more restaurants and bars. The Metro (Tres Torres) is 5 minutes away, and buses are 50 metres from the apartment block. The apartment itself is brilliant, and exactly as seen in the photos. The air conditioning was great, and was in the living room as well as the 3 bedrooms. The beds were really comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space. The terrace is a great "plus", with a fabulous view, and was used every morning for our croissants (from the bakery just round the corner), and also for resting when we got back from our daily travels!!!! . Maria and Antonio showed us around the apartment, and Candela showed us where there was a line of restaurants close by. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. Many thanks to Maria and Antonio for their attention, and also Candela for a prompt "check-out".

Winter in a warm location; 5 adults, 3+ weeks

Several reasons to recommend. Great location. You can walk to grocery, vegetable stands, deli, bakeries in a block or two. Good restaurants nearby –recommend Isabella’s. Public transportation is very accessible, you can travel the city easily. The terrace of the apartment is wonderful size and has seating for everyone. In March it was comfortable for sitting outdoors. We were disappointed in several items. We had to wash the dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and table linens before we used them. The settings on the oven temperature gauge have worn off so you don’t know the oven temperature. Put away some of the bedding because it was stained. The cleaning supplies [eg, the vacuum] were not adequate; difficult to keep apartment clean. There are cameras in the apartment. We covered the lens as we did not want anyone watching. The space is cramped. Bedrooms had two twin beds and limited space to move. There were six chairs at the dining room table but there are only seats for three people in the living room area. Some things to ask about. The lock on the front door. At one point some of us were locked in the apartment. How to use the tankless water heater. How to use the dryer, you need to empty the water tank every couple of loads. Our hosts were very responsive to our requests. One Sunday the elevator was out and they worked diligently to get a repair person there as quickly as possible. We had several changes in travel plans, they accommodated us without question or complaint

Apartment ok but the kitchen was not thoroughly cleaned. The mattresses were good and A/C worked fine. Good area but to take the metro you have to walk 5 blocks up the street.

Totally Cooool...

Loved the size and feeling of this apartment. It was perfect for me and my 2 adult boys. The 3 bedrooms and 6 twin beds make it easy for 6 people to comfortably sleep. The balcony was well-used by my family, enjoying coffee in the morning, and watching sunsets in the evening with a glass of wine. Although a quiet neighborhood outside the hustle of the tourist spots, the Metro stop was a short walk, and got us to Pl. Catalunya easily, which allowed us to access all the sight we wanted to see, and be a part of the activity of the city. We regreted not exploring the restaurants in the neighborhood sooner - on the last nite of our visit we discovered there is a Gaudi architecture piece just a few blocks away that served as the entrance to an apartment complex, a wonderful Italian restaurant El Esconditio just 11 minute walk away, and a wonderful bakery 3 blocks away. The small market around the corner was handy, and the fresh produce shop next door was appreciated. The air conditioning in every room was FANTASTIC and next to the balcony, was my favorite part of this apartment! It was July, so the outside air was humid and in the high 80's. So nice to be comfortable while sleeping. The owners were great with communication, and their representative who checked us in and out easy to access by text. She even called us a cab to get us to the airport. Thank you for letting us be your guest!

Beautiful apartment!

An amazing experience all around! Communication was fantastic, and check in and out was simple. Antonio met us at the apartment to show us around, give us general information on the neighbourhood, metro, etc. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and fully equipped - there was ample space for four of us (and a fifth who joined us for a couple of days). Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus as there were four females needing to get ready each day. Also being able to do laundry was awesome. The only regret (which was nothing to do with the apartment) was that the weather was SO hot that we barely were able to take advantage of the beautiful deck - even with the awning shading it! #heatwave (it certainly worked wonders for drying our clothes quickly) However, that made us really appreciate the air conditioning! We loved our stay and would highly recommend you take advantage of this beautiful apartment in Les Tres Torres. Thank you Maria and Antonio!

We loved the balcony- had our meals and relaxed there. Close to restaurants and shopping. Walking to metro and easy trip to downtown. Enjoyed our time in Barcelona!

Quiet place with a tremendous terrace

Les Tres Torres was a great place to unwind after days spent exploring Barcelona and being in the thick of crowds. A few minutes of a walk from the metro brought us to a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a lift to the apartment, and the building's security is good. Actually, if we had any complaint about the apartment, it was that it took a bit of finesse to get the front door opened. But the three of us felt that we had plenty of room, the air conditioning worked well, the bathrooms were up to date, and we all loved taking a glass of wine out on the terrace in the late afternoon where we could enjoy the breeze and quiet after a busy sightseeing day. There's a small supermarket around the corner and restaurants nearby. We definitely used the washing machine as we'd arrived after a week in France and could hang our wash out on the terrace to dry. Check in and out was efficient. This really is a great place.
