In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €10.45 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Great Apartment

This is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Plenty of cafes and restaurants near by. Gothic and Born neighborhoods are within walking distance. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Windows totally block all street noise. Owners are very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend thus location!

Spacious and well located apartment

Great place, would stay again. The washer leaked and this long-term problem gave the apartment a strong mildew smell. The manager agreed to get it serviced. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

This apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The rooms are big and there is a ton of space. It’s very clean. The location is excellent with lots of great restaurants in the area. It’s very clean with big windows for lots of light. Our hosts were very attentive and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location - Great Management Team

Property Manager was so easy to deal with and got us everything we needed. Location is fantastic - everything you need is right there. The only thing negative I can say is that this place had a bad smell. I'm not sure if it was a cleaning product or what is was but it was only inside the apartment. The hallway and staircase did not smell at all but as soon as you walked in the door it was an overwhelming pickle smell. That and the main elevator was not working at the time. There was a smaller elevator to use as well, but not as convenient as having the bigger one to put all the suitcases in to move up to the apartment. Not a huge deal as there was a smaller one. Overall place was great, if only it wasn't for that smell.

Barcelona Stay

My friends and I really enjoyed the size, layout and location of this VRBO rental. Perfect for us all to have a great vacation and still have our own space. The owners were very quick to respond to any requests we had, although both elevators were out of service during our stay , and even though out of their control, was not easy for checking out with luggage. we would stay here again though. Lovely cafe and whisky bar just downstairs.

Great Location

This property was in a great location of Barcelona! We were able to walk to many places around the city with no issue. Mariana was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage prior to check-in. Would highly recommend this property.

Spacious apartment in Eixample

The property is quite simply decorated but has all the essentials you need. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and feels roomy. Overall we were impressed! The kitchen is fairly well equipped - if I could make a wish, I would have liked some coffee mugs or latte glasses. TV - only has CNN for English speakers, would have been great if there was Netflix as well - although we did not stay in - in the evenings. There is aircon in the main bedroom - which barely works but is better than nothing and I don't like my bedroom too cold, so was fine for me. The living room has a a fully functioning aircon, which was sorely welcome There is a safe in the main bedroom - a nice security measure. The en-suite shower could do with extra floor towels - one outside the shower on the step and one below the step. I had a gentle but slippery fall stepping out of the shower and sprained my toes as they got caught around the door stop. The 2 main bedrooms are nicely sized. The workspaces were good (this was a business trip) Would return.

Comfortable and convenient

This three BR property in the l'Eixample neighborhood was very convenient to the best of Barcelona. A five minute walk from Placa de Cataluynia and La Rambla, and an easy walk from many tourist sites, we were very happy with the accommodations. The apartment is as it seems in the pictures, roomy and comfortable. There are three bedrooms, one with a king and en suite bathroom, a second with a king and a third with two twins. Everything was very clean and updated, with the exception of some slightly dingy living room furniture. The building is nice and seems safe. The check in process was contactless and very efficient; the managers did not spam us with emails, but we had the information we needed to have. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay

Great location, close to the center but still quiet and more like a neighborhood than a city center. Large rooms, comfortable beds, excellent kitchen and bathrooms. Top notch throughout. although one bedroom had no a/c and the main a/c unit worked poorly- other bedroom a/cs were excellent. Wasn't too hot during our stay, so no big deal. We loved it and woiuld stay again for sure.
