Perfect for up to eight guests, this elegant residence offers the ideal balance of modern comfort and original architectural charm. Situated in a high-end residential building, it provides a peaceful retreat in a vibrant location. Please note that there are 15 steps between the entrance and the elevator, and excess noise is not allowed to maintain the tranquility of the building.

The apartment features four beautifully designed bedrooms that ensure comfort and privacy for every guest. The first bedroom is a large double room with its own en-suite bathroom, a private balcony, and a dedicated dressing area. The second bedroom is also a spacious double with a private balcony, offering plenty of natural light. The third bedroom is a comfortable double room, while the fourth bedroom features a single bed with a versatile pull-out bed, easily accommodating two guests. This flexible layout makes the apartment suitable for families, groups of friends, or colleagues traveling together.

There are three well-appointed bathrooms conveniently distributed throughout the apartment. One is an en-suite bathroom with double access from both the bedroom and the hallway, equipped with a modern shower. The second bathroom is a full bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The apartment is for the private use of our guests, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive stay.

As per local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per person per night (for guests aged 17 and above) applies for a maximum of seven nights, and this is collected at check-in. Late check-ins between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm incur a €40 fee, while check-ins between 10:00 pm and 11:00 pm are charged €60. Early check-in before 3:00 pm is possible subject to availability, with a €40 fee. If the apartment is still being cleaned, you may leave your luggage, collect the keys, and return once the cleaning is completed around 3:00 pm.
