Great Stay

It was convinietly located from bus stops and Metro. There were several restaurants and cafe's within 15-20 min walking. It is close by a huge indoor mall (5min walk) that you will find variety of shops, Carrefur( like a super Walmart), restaurants and fast food. They had great breakfast buffet. We walked all these locations easily. Reception desk personnel quick and professional.

The property was very nice. Rooms were little small but it was doable. I had to keep asking the front desk for extra towels. There were no face cloths I had to go buy some facial wipes. The gym had no wifi and most time, the water bottle was not filled. It would have been nice if they provided free bottle of waters in the rooms. The breakfast was very accommadating and nice.

The property is nice and the room size is very spacious. The location is close to the metro and bus stop, but it’s about 30 minutes away from everything. Breakfast was horrible especially the employees working there. I asked them if they could clean a table for me and they snapped at me. Even though there were tables available, but they were all dirty. I later on noticed that they don’t wipe down or sanitize the tables after the guests get done eating. He later told me his name is John in a daunting attitude. We skipped breakfast since they. We stayed for three nights before our cruise.
