The apartment has an undeniably privileged location in the city — truly excellent. Unfortunately, that is the only positive point. The rest of the experience was extremely disappointing.The apartment is in poor condition overall. Several things are broken or malfunctioning, and the place was noticeably dirty upon arrival. The towels and sheets had an unpleasant smell, which immediately set a bad tone for our stay. The kitchen is practically unusable, with missing or non‑functional items. The AC and TV were advertised but simply did not work at all.The bathroom layout is also misleading. They claim to offer a sauna, but in reality it’s just being used as a storage closet for cleaning supplies. It felt careless and unprofessional.We stayed for two nights and that was more than enough. We will not return. This is exactly the type of listing that Vrbo should not allow on the platform — misleading, poorly maintained, and far below basic hospitality standards.
