The hotel and facilities were excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was trendy. The buffet breakfast was amazing with decent choices of hot, cold and fruit options. The reception, housekeeping and the breakfast staffs were very friendly and supportive. Very well located, only 10mins walk from the Place Catlunya. Not an inconvenince, but i felt the room could have been a bit spacious.

My stay was only one night. Staff are friensly and very helpful. The bed and pillows were excellent. Very imporatnat since my stay was to acclimate to the new time zone. Lo ation is excellent. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Stylish, clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff located in a lovely area within walking distance of both the metro and main centre. Plenty and good restaurants nearby. Only thing we found was the hotel itself lacked atmosphere.

Nice place in a quiet area of the neighborhood with shops all around and easy to get to from the airport. The room was a bit too small but rather than that everything esle was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was not as described on Expedia or online. It was very small and located in a bad area, directly across from numerous trash containers. There was no warm welcome or amenities like drinks, coffee, or juice that other properties typically offer. The room was extremely small, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. I only stayed one night and canceled the second, but they refused to refund my money—even though I had booked a flexible rate. I will never stay there again
