You can use the whole apartment, and it's all for yourself. The apartment has three double bed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. There is a washing machine in the apartment that you can use. We will provide you with the products needed for the washing machine. The building has been remodeled recently and there is an elevator, the apartment is on the 2nd floor.
The location is ideal for visiting the city, which is just five minutes' walk from the famous "Pedrera" and "Casa Batllo" on Passeig de Gracia. You can go for a walk to downtown and enjoy all Barcelona and charm. There is a metro station in less than 2 minutes walking.
This charming renovated apartment has three bedrooms, one suite and two rooms with two beds each, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate six people widely. It has centralized airconditioning, heating, TV, wireless internet, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, etc..
The living room is very spacious, facing the street. It has a large table and an enormous sofa. So you can have a pleasant evening watching TV or using the high-speed Internet WiFi connection that we provide. A lot of light comes into the living room from the street.
The master bedroom has its private bathroom with a bathtub. There is a big double bed with 2 side lamps so you can read before you go to sleep. All the linen we use is premium quality. We will provide you with 2 towels per person, a big and a small one, shampoo, and shower soap in the bathroom as well as toilet paper. You will also have a hairdryer.
The second bedroom has two single trundle beds. It also has a place to work in front of the window that faces an indoor patio, so you will always have enough light. In the spacious wardrobe, you can store all your luggage.
The third bedroom is perfect for children, with one single bed, big enough for adults too. You will feel at home with all the cozy decoration that you will find on the walls, the furniture, etc. And if you come with children this will be their kingdom! There are even children books on the shelves. There is also a place to work or read. There are enough sockets to plug in a light, a computer, a mobile and so on.
There is also a second full bathroom, also with a bathtub. You also will find there liquid hand wash, shampoo, and shower gel as well as toilet paper.
There are some basics in the kitchen like sugar, salt, olive oil, vinegar, paper towels coffee and tea. You can use them all. Other kitchen appliances you will find are the microwave oven, and the conventional oven, a kettle, and a coffee machine, so you can make yourself a nice breakfast or lunch while spending time in the touristic Barcelona.
The apartment is located in one of the best-connected areas of Barcelona, 4 Metro Subway lines are in less than 5 minutes walking and many bus stations are very close to the apartment.
From the airport you can take the train to Sants Estació or the L9s metro line to Collblanc station, then take the blue line L5 to "Diagonal" station and walk 3 minutes.
All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.
A parking space is available in the same building at a cost of 20€ per night.

- A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 6.90€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay.
