Basic study in the Sant Andreu neighborhood. The studio has a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, a dining room with a sofa bed and a table to enjoy your meals with views of the window that faces the street, thanks to which you will enjoy radiant light and a sunny atmosphere. It has a community washing machine in the building.
Ideal location, very quiet neighborhood and easy access to all areas of Barcelona. Nearest metro L1 Fabra and Puig a few minutes away, with a direct connection in the Catalunya square in the center.
Wifi and towels and sheets included. Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills. This amount is calculated base on the number of rooms of the apartment: 1 room-90 euros/month, 2 rooms-140 euros/month, 3 rooms-190 euros euros/month, 4 rooms-220 euros/mes
