Disorganised
Publié le 7 juill. 2021 sur HotelsWhat a strange place! turned into a vaccination centre which is fine but still taking bookings. Restaurant and bar are shut and not manned. The team at reception looks completely overwhelmed and disorganised but trying its best
Quality food is mediocre and pricy. Lovely gym next door fully fitted and free of charge

Good service, food was okay shame so many options not available from menu which is disappointing for such a large hotel

A 4* that lives up to its credentials

We just wanted a relaxing weekend break and we got just that. We didn’t make use of Spa facilities, but it looked very nice.
Bar meal was good, service was friendly and helpful. Room was more than adequate. Only one small thing wrong… no glasses in room. Could easily be rectified.
Excellent value for money.
