Breakfast buffet can be improved. Cleaniness wise, average but better than majority of the hotels in Batam.

Nice hotel to stay. Walking distance to the harbour and seafood restaurants and night clubs. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Many choices for breakfast.

Hi, Overall the hotel was fantastic is just the bed very itchy and the bedsheet very rough and uncomfortable to sleep in and the air in the room was very dry ,my wife and I have an uncomfortable breathing and cough.

Check in and out processes are fast and smooth. Room is clean and spacious. Hotel is just a walking distance to restaurants, spa and wellness centres and convenience stores.Suitable for a short getaway and if want to stay nearby the Habour Bay ferry terminal.
