Bon hotel pour visiter bath
Publié le 1 juin 2021 sur HotelsHôtel très central et très joliment décoré. Bon service. Bonne chambre. Petit déjeuner moyen. Il manque un peu d’option sucrées type pancakes ou waffles, pain perdu... mais la salle est très jolie.

Superbe hôtel bien placé pour visiter Bath à pied

Contre : The condition of the corridors is poor for this range of hotel. Changind the carpets would be good.
Very helpful and nice staff, in particular the concierge and the bar/rest attendants.
We had a large and quiet room although the bathroom is rather small and there is not enough light around the miror...
It's the best location for visiting the town and we also apprciate the parking.

Everywhere in the hotel looked tired, the bedroom was basic and needed an update tables in the lounge areas were left uncleared with staff walking past and not making any effort to keep them clean and tidy, food availability during the day outside of the restaurant didn’t match the expectation of a hotel of the Francis stature and at no time were we approached and asked if there was anything we needed we had to make the move for any service something the staff on duty seemed reluctant to give.at one point being told we had to wait as the member of staff was not ready to serve us
