Another excellent stay at this hotel. Great hotel in a good location and breakfast is good too. Only negative is lack of parking as carparks close by are really expensive (hotel does offer a bit of a discount).

Room was first class, spotlessly clean with very comfortable bed. Heating/aircon easy to operate. Bathroom well appointed and extremely clean. Good soundproofing, no disturbance. Breakfast tasty and efficient, but full English items could have been hotter. My husband is coeliac and was well catered for. All staff very helpful and pleasant.

Lovely modern rooms with good bathroom. Breakfast great, staff really helpful and polite. Place was just let down by noise from other rooms and corridor and bathroom wasn't cleaned properly

Really nice room. Bathroom is well lit and the bed was very comfortable, excellent location for walking to the Forum where we were seeing a show. We did not have the breakfast because we travelled when the train line experienced flooding and left early to get the only available train running. I would definately stay again

Great location from which to explore the city, plenty of places to eat nearby and lots of good pubs. Room was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice which catered for all.

We paid through Expedia, so pre-payment was made, but when we got home we checked our bank account to find they have taken two further payments from our account, our bank account is pending, although they say they’ve refunded this still stops us from using that amount of our own money. I advise not letting them take your card details after you’ve already paid. Absolutely disgraceful.
