Nice, clean property. It is located up a big hill, which the listing states. The only downside is the very thin walls where you can hear the people above you walking.
Charming Flat. Spacious and well furnished. Really liked the location. Roughly 20-25 minutes walk from the Train Station and 10-15 minutes walk from the City Centre. The Flat is located in a very quiet area, and has a Co-Op and Spa conveniently located a stones throw away. Whilst in the Flat, you can hear the footsteps of people walking above you, but to be honest, it wasn't a huge bother. The only thing we didn't like was the massive elephant statue in the main bedroom, which we found quite disconcerting, but I guess that comes down to personal preference. Otherwise, love the Flat and location.Hosts, sent the basic information, but could've been more communicative, but overall sent what was needed.
We had a lovely stay in Kate and Danâs property, which was nicely presented with very comfy beds. They were most helpful and patience helping us with parking permits.
Only draw back was it was a bit cold in the sitting room (although warm in other rooms?) Otherwise a perfect place to stay in Bath.
We were due to stay at this accommodation but unfortunately there was a leak in the upstairs flat. Katie and Dan were really helpful and put us up in another property not far away. I would recommend Bath and properties owned by Katie and Dan - they have a funky style which really appealed to us. I would definitely come again!
