On checkmin received complimentary cheese and wine. Room was very small and felt a little claustrophobiic so eoild book a different room next time. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast expensive for toast and cereal.

Location excellent. When we arrived in the afternoon there was laundry in the hallway on the way to our room. The rooms are small and the bathroom is just frosted glass room so minimal privacy. I think for millennials would love this place, not a Gen Xer.

Nice room, needed more air

Staff were really nice and the setup of the room was perfect for my needs. The room did get really stuffy really quickly once the AC was off and I would have preferred it if I could set it for below 19c, I was quite warm overnight. Pillows lovely but mattress a little hard. Shower lovely and shampoo smelt lush.

I have stayed at Z earlier and I have always loved the experience. I recommend the hotel wholeheartedly for anyone wanting to stay in Bath. Just two things are that the rooms are tiny and so ideal for a couple at the most. I was staying alone. Plus if you are particular about having windows then you need to think and pick the rooms. Only downside is that the cleaning happens only alternate days so for those with dust allergies etc - you need to consider. Overall it was a fantastic stay in terms of convenience and the staff were really nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and things were pretty clean. The only reason I'm not rating it a full 10/10 is that there was a persistent musty odor in our room throughout the whole stay. Don't know what caused it. Everything else was good though, and our stay was reasonably priced.

It’s right in the centre of town so it’s very easy to walk to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful and stored our bags for us before checking in and after we checked out.

We stayed in 5 different places, the breakfast was the worst by far. Terrible seating. We requested a room with a window. We got a room that had a window on ground level that could not be left open and had to have shades down, due to the fact there was a walking path adjacent . This hotel is not suitable for anyone past 50. IMO.
