We had a nice welcome, staff is quite friendly, there is some road construction so was a bit challenging to find the entrance, parking is free, but I bit confusing when they have a sign of valet, and self parking. Rooms are new and fresh quite modern industrial style, we really enjoyed our short time! Definitely will go back!

Im giving them. 3 star because isn’t a microwave nor a fridge in the room and the restaurant inside the hotel are so slow is gonna take you forever to get your food don’t get me wrong the hotel is beautiful but is a lot of imperfect stuff I didn’t like

The bathroom electrical outlet did not work. After sending a maintenance man, it was not repaired and there were no other options given. Ended up plugging straightener up in the dimly lit bedroom area with no mirror. The room was never cleaned. We just had to go get towels as needed.

Room was clean and perfect. There were Mardi Gras parades during our stay which we did not expect but the VALET PARKINH attendant was fabulous ! He really took care of us and was able to get our vehicle for departure the next day to where it was easier for us to travel back roads and avoid getting stuck with parade routes. All employees were courteous and the restaurant in house had great service - waiters and food was fabulous !! It was a great time!
