Room square footage is nice
Publié le 18 mars 2024 sur HotelsOkay for a one night stay when needing to be in the area. We had an event that brought us back late, realized I couldn't locate bedding in the room for the sofa bed, I called the front desk to ask about it, was curtly informed they didn't have extra blankets and that I would be required to get sheets from the front desk. I expected friendlier attitude and get them delivered to the room from housekeeping, as is usually done with towels and such. They did wind up providing me with a blanket when I went to the desk though. Breakfast was the basic hotel usual, however there was no one attending it while I was present, no forks and tables were sticky. Shower in the room is dated, beds firm and a bit squeaky, and they don't have enough parking when factoring in the big trucks that double park-I literally got the last space that night, but everything else was fine.

Dear Nicole,Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your last stay. I apologize the bedding was not in you room for the sofa bed. We stock all in the laundry area. We do not have housekeepers working after 3 pm daily and only one front desk agent at night. Hence the reason you were asked to come retrieve any all requested items. Also, the breakfast attendant works everyday. She may have been in the back part of the kitchen. She does her best to keep up with the demand of food items, all the while wiping and cleaning the breakfast area.Hope to see you again soon.

Nice size room
Publié le 29 févr. 2024 sur HotelsNice size room, but sticky floor, only one TV that swivels. Nice size mini fridge with small freezer section for frozen bottles. No water fill in the workout room , Average breakfast. Check out is at 11 AM breakfast ends at 9 AM. Coffee stops at 9 AM. Coffee and tea in the lobby should be extended until checkout ends.
