Star apartment is located on the second floor of the brand new The View residential complex in Baveno. The View has a swimming pool and is located behind the city center in a panoramic and sunny position and has been designed using the most modern technologies and a high level of design in furnishings.



Star apartment is located on the second floor with lift of the new The View residential complex in Baveno. The View is located behind the city center in a panoramic and sunny position and has been designed using the most modern technologies and a high level of design in furnishings. Inside the complex there is a reserved parking space for the apartment and an area for parking bicycles. The common garden is equipped with chairs and sun loungers and planted with flowers typical of the lake. Guests have access to the swimming pool in a panoramic position and an area equipped with a barbecue and a dining table. The apartment has a large covered porch equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining overlooking the Borromean Islands. The living room has a sofa that becomes a double bed, Smart Satellite TV with also channels SKY SPORT and CINEMA, dining table and kitchen area equipped with induction hob, dishwasher and microwave. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe, the bathroom has a shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and wi fi . For us the location was great! Baveno is a small, quaint village that doesn't feel touristy even though it has all the great perks that a visitor would want (great restaurants, a beautiful promenade, access to the ferry, great bakery, butcher shop, grocery store, etc.). We had a car so it was easy to reach all the sightseeing locations around Lake Maggiore and when we came back to the property at the end of the day, we were in awe of the view we had of the lake and town. The property is appropriately named since the view from the large balcony that the "STAR" apartment has is absolutely amazing! The rest of the property is also wonderful with a pool and cozy sitting areas in nicely landscaped grounds. The apartment was clean, spacious and adequately decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. And it was so nice having access to the laundry facilities downstairs! We had a bit of an issue with the gated, private parking. The parking gate was opened/closed via calling a phone #. Unfortunately, coming from Canada, we did not have the correct phone calling feature and a manual handheld remote was not available. It wasn't an issue though since there was lots of parking on the street. Over all, value for money, this was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Moderne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Top modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf den See. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. In die Stadt sind es circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, hier lĂ€uft man allerdings an der Straße entlang, einen FußgĂ€ngerweg gibt es nicht.
