Villa Liside is a charming three-story villa situated on a promontory facing the lake. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Liside you will enjoy a wonderful view of the lake Maggiore and of the mountains. Villa Liside is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Baveno, where you will find restaurants, shops, the train station and the lake. You will find the closest beach (Lido Beach Club Baveno) at 1.7 km (roughly 1.1 mile).
You will reach Villa Liside from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Liside you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; linens; towels, changed mid-week; maid service from Monday to Friday 2 hours each day; beach/pool towels; electricity. Available for a fee, if desired:heating (when needed) EUR 700.00/week;baby bed EUR 200.00/week;pets EUR 100.00;check-in after 8 pm EUR 200.00. Tourist tax, paid locally: EUR 5.00 per person per night for the first 15 nights. Guests aged under 6 are exempt. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the lake. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Terrace
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch made of stone. It is equipped with small sofas and armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the lake.
Patio
The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the lake and of the swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees and by an awning. The garden is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the lake Maggiore.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with elegant marble. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include two sofas and armchairs. In this room you will find a grand piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). There is an impressive fireplace decorated in marble. Here you will find a game table. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two French doors. The room also has five windows.
Living Room 2
The second living room is paved with elegant marble. The furnishings are elegant, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool through a French door. The room also has a window.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the first living room. The furnishings are elegant and refined. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter a terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs, through a French door. The room also has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the first living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The kitchen has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

From the wellness room you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors. There are also two windows.
Family room
In the family room you will find a ping pong table. In this room you will also find a satellite television (local channels) and here you will find a digital piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. They include two long sofas and armchairs. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the family room you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors. The family room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the family room through an access area. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
