I was expecting a little more..
Posted Mar. 11, 2024 on HotelsThe hot tub was not in order, looks like it has been out of order for a long time. The bed was so uncomfortable I would have rather slept on the floor. The food at the restaurant gave me some sort of food poisoning. Since I booked with hotels.com, they were unable to give me any sort of discount when we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency. All of the staff were pretty nice. The casino floor is pretty small with one small bar- the other bar that was advertised was not open, and that was even smaller. I won’t be going back.

Hello Connie, our sincere apologies regarding the hot tub. We also, were disappointed in the hot tub being closed, our team was waiting on parts to repair the hot tub and unfortunately, we had to wait longer than anticipated.

Good food .great staff
Hot tub not operational !!

We loved the suite. It had a fireplace and jacuzzi and a full refridgerator with a small kitchen. I would strongly recommend room 214. Beautiful view of the lake. Staff was very friendly. The bar lake view is nice as well.

Not much options for eating at the resort (Feb. visit).
Pool was closed due to maintenance issues (not their fault), but not able to reduce the rate because purchased thru Expedia. Gave us a free drink and $10 on the casino card. Staff is not very friendly. Didn’t greet us and not forthcoming with information.
Bayfield is a cute town but almost everything is closed on Sunday and this time of year.

We had a very late arrival and staff was expedient and friendly in getting us checked in. Breakfast in the morning at the casino restaurant was very filling and delicious. Employees were friendly and helpful. Gorgeous location on the lake with sizable rooms and amenities

Apostle islands Trip
Posted Feb. 17, 2024 on HotelsVery nice hotel. Loved the view of Lake Superior from our room. Bed was comfortable & the food in the casino was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.
