Great little gem

Cute place, great location. Clean. AC could have been better but it was fine despite it being so hot outside. Loved the deck & bay views. If there is anything I’d change it would be to ask for a couple beach badges to be provided.

We had an amazing stay! The house was exactly as described; very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect, with beautiful bay views, an easy walk to the beach, and close to everything we needed. Andrew was a fantastic host, providing clear instructions and making check-in and check-out incredibly easy. We truly felt at home during our stay. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting LBI and would 100% book this house again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
