A very well- loved beautiful LBI Beach house away from home with an ocean front view and a private access to the beach. Just minutes to Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Iconic Bay Village shopping center and restaurants. Family fun at nearby water slide park, arcade and mini golf.
Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from your Oceanfront deck. Early morning dolphin can be seen. Walk out to your private oceanfront path to the beautiful sprawling Spray beach. Spend fun times on the beach with your family enjoying the weather then enjoy a barbeque lunch out on your oceanfront deck.
Relax and let the good times roll. Simple things like kite flying are also fun along with fishing from the ocean surf.
Evening strolls on the beach are easy and fun times with your family from your oceanfront home. Create many loving family memories together filled with fun and laughter. Those that come to Spray Beach NJ always come back. I have been going to this beach since my childhood. Now I am happy to take my children and family to Spray Beach to create new cherished memories together. It is truly my pleasure to see the families that stay at our home enjoy themselves at Spray Beach. It is happy times away from work uninterrupted with the ones you love that creates everlasting loving memories together.

We have 1 full bath inside the house. 1 Half bath and showers outside; totalling 2 baths.

The location was the highlight, but the property needs significant improvement. The microwave made a loud unsafe noise, the toaster barely worked, and the vacuum did not clean effectively. The master bed frame was unstable and uncomfortable, so one of us slept on the couch each night.The kitchen was not fully equipped, with missing silverware and worn dish towels. Cleanliness was an issue, as the fridge and patio table were dirty, furniture surfaces needed better wiping, and the dishwasher had a lingering smell. Closets and cabinets contained construction supplies, which could be unsafe for children.We recommend bringing your own bath and beach towels, as they were not provided. Given the overall state of the home, the cleaning fee feels unjustified. We hope the owners make improvements, as the home has real potential in such a beautiful setting.

Disappointing

Property was very dirty upon arrival. Owner was contacted and arranged for cleaning again during the stay. Food left in cabinets, refrigerator dirty. OMG the bed- i can't imagine how anyone could sleep in it - mattress caved in the middle. 3 days later, property manager arrived to power wash the deck/property! Need I say more. Beachfront was the only plus.

Amazing time on LBI

We just returned from renting the bottom floor of this home for my mom’s 80th birthday. Location location location! Cannot beat being steps from beach. Owner is great to work with. I wish the house had beach chairs and umbrellas to use but other than that I recommend highly.

The best location!

This is the 2nd year that we rented this home. The location is to die for! The home is spacious, the decor is cute, however the cleaning crew could have done a better job and the kitchen equipment could use some restocking (ex: only 3 coffee cups/mugs). We love the outdoor shower as well!! It is conveniently located near Fantasy Island, and one house away is the Spray Beach Hotel with a restaurant/bar which has very good food! You can't beat the location!! The ocean is literally over the dunes. I'm sure that we will rent again!

Perfect location/great experience

The property is absolutely perfect! Walk to the ocean on its own path, 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people plus couch in living room pulls out. Dining area with walls of windows, living room and covered porch were wonderful! Two (not 1) outdoor showers which my family loves! Property owner was responsive and friendly. Will be looking to rent again next year â˜ș

Great location on LBI. Beachfront can't be beat. Just know, on lower level you cannot see the ocean due to the height of the dunes but there is a direct beach access.

My family (8) people had a wonderful stay. You absolutely cannot beat the private beach access. Both the indoor and outdoor tables were perfect for family style dinners. Very nice to have an easily accessible washer and dryer. Great water in the outdoor shower. We very much enjoyed our stay in this house!

Everything you need in a great location

The property was really solid. It was our first time to LBI and Spray Beach was a great spot which is just steps away. Everything was very close: restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, grocery. It was a really nice location. We stayed on the lower level which sits below the dunes so you don’t have a view other than the dunes but a few steps up and it’s terrific. Highly recommend.

A beautiful week (literally) on the beach

Dr. Farrell's beach home can not get any closer to the beach; with private access to a lightly populated beach and a comfortable porch protected from the sun and rain you cannot feel more 'down the shore' than here. I had the pleasure of spending half the week with Dr. Farrell and his wonderful family staying in the upstairs of the house, they went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed out stay (including their lovely daughter entertaining our son!). I would absolutely recommend this house for a quiet, peaceful, and private beach getaway.

This location seemed to be more for adults. If Fantasy Island was open, then it would have been ok for the kids otherwise, they only had the beach or mini golf. Still a very nice place to stay. The house was great! First floor THE BEST!

Wonderful Long Weekend

You couldn't ask for a better location in all of New Jersey than Dr. Farrell's humble beach house in LBI. Tucked in between E. 21st and E 22nd, this duplex has its own private walkway to the Atlantic! It felt even more remote and exclusive after Labor Day without big crowds. Loved it.

The property was perfect for our family beach vacation. The house was as described and the location was perfect - at foot of beach and walkable to restaurants and activities. Michael was a gracious host. Beach could not have been nicer.
