In the middle of the night a black man opened the door, my stay was alone and around 1 am someone else came nocking on the door again at around 6-7 am, this is unsettling, someone could have gotten seruouly hurt.

Arrived, checked in the same day and ON time. The room reeked of mold and was filthy. I immediately went to the front desk “manager” Charles signed a refund form and told me to contact Expedia. Now the hotel claims there’s no such manager and refuses the refund, even with proof. Never again.
