The room was clean & spacious. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We only had coffee & muffins for breakfast because we already had plans to meet up with family for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Tv in our room was inoperable. Staff unable to help no manager on duty no tech on duty. Refused to give us a discount because manage would have to approve. Nothing they could do because we booked through a 3rd party company. Missed 2 football games and the morning weather and news.

The rooms were very clean and well thought out. The dining area was clean and there were decent breakfast options. We did use the hot tub and it was clean as well as the pool area. We had plenty of dining options within walking distance. The man working the desk helped us know about some local music and the town fair that was going on and was very helpful!

Pros: spacious and clean. Microwave and fridge. Washer and dryer across the hall. Indoor pool and hot tub. Cons: No sign for entrance to hotel indicating reception. No vegan options for breakfast buffet except an apple. A pot of hot oatmeal would have been great! Housekeeping didn't empty all my trash or recycling....just some out of each can. Also did not make my bed. No big deal, but it was a first. I would stay here again. It was nice and safe
