It was a little confusing finding the front entrance. The bathroom had old washcloths in the shower and there were no tissues. There was no coffee maker for a quick morning cup. Who wants to go downstairs before a shower to get coffee. For the cost of the room the company can afford at least a small Kuerig.

We arrived at 130 am after a long drive, no one was at the desk. We waited about 15 minutes, then I called and someone came out. They were pleasant but I just wanted to get to bed and not wait in the lobby.

We had a water leak in the ceiling of our bathroom. The staff was great. They came right up and took a look and even took a couple pictures. They were going to give us a full refund, but, they said Expedia has to do that because we used a third party to book the room. They can't give a refund until Expedia OK's the refund. Please OK the refund.
