Stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was clean and very quiet. Mattress a little soft but then I prefer a hard mattress. Water was nice and hot, just took a bit to get it. I LOVED the ceiling fan. I much prefer ceiling fans over A/C any day! There aren't too many motels/hotels that provide this, so thank you very much
A 2 minute walk into town, with plenty of choices for food. Some weren't open on Monday nights but the pubs are open.
The gentleman who checked us in was very welcoming.
All in all, a really lovely 2 night stay!

Better motels around ..not a 3 and a half star
Publié le 22 févr. 2024 sur HotelsVery tired establishment, the amount of light displayed in the online photos is not a true reflection.. room was quite dark and lacked strong lighting. Shower had mould and bed not very comfortable. Kettle and toaster not as good condition as shown online. Quiet location, walkable to town and some tourist attractions. . We love Beechworth but would look for somewhere else to stay when returning.

The location is great, everything is in walking distance. Easy check in and out. Two things which disappointed me. The bathroom needs a massive update. The hot water is unreliable and you can heat every tap run in every neighbouring room through the plumbing.
The bed and pillows were hard as rocks. The worst nights sleep, waking up stiff and sore.

All rooms are cleaned, only if you had the Do Not Disturb on your door.

The motor inn is excellently located on town, a short walk to everything. The owner/manager Brian is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. An easy, comfortable stay.
