很糟糕，我是10月底的時候入住，北京已經非常冷了，但是飯店沒有供暖，然後我請他們提供暖氣機，但是飯店說整個飯店只有20台，所以沒有辦法提供，房間在晚上的時候大約只有10度而已，非常冷，不過飯店的服務人員非常的好，也另外同意協助退費，這個兩顆星我是給飯店的服務人員。
