Suis arrive a l hotel , il m ont informe qu il n y pas de reservation , j ai paye une nuit , ensuite le lendemain apres 5 heures d attente il m ont djt oui il y a une reservation

All was very good except the heating did not work properly and the refrigerator was not working. I asked to have them fixed. The heating was not satisfactory and the fridge was not fixed. Parking is a challenge.

People are nice and professional. The room was clean and spacious with an amazing view. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and it will be on my list for my next visits to Lebanon. Thank you

The people who work at the front desk were very kind and helpful with recommendations of where to go for dining out. A very quiet hotel in a great location
