The property was in a great location for the docks with a secure carpark. The room was spacious with an amazing shower, both hot and powerful, nice size bed which was comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection to eat so no problems with deciding

Very badly located,unfriendly staff and terrible rooms.A/C system no maintenance. Very poor shower utilities,my room did not even have a soap bar. Lobby area high temperatures probably of disfunctioning A/C. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

Good location for work trips.

This is a great location for work trips, if you need access to the commercial area. The hotel however, needs a bit more renovation. I have been staying here for at least three years now and the hotel is upgrading. For example, all of the lights I found are now LED. Great for conserving energy and keeping the amount of heat produce down. In addition, this isn't a place to walk around after dark

Bela cidade, procure outro hotel.

Primeiramente nos pedimos um berço para o nosso filho de 1 ano. O berço estava muito alto e pedimos para ajustar a cama para que nao fosse perigoso para ele. Eles nos disseram que eles não conseguiriam ajustar o berço, nos forçando a sair, procurar por ferramentas e fazer o ajuste nós mesmos. Detalhe, o ajuste facilmente é feito com uma chave "L" comum. Segundamente, o quarto estava sujo, a roupa de cama era pequeno demais, mal cobrindo o colchão, e para o nosso horror quando acordamos e os lençóis estavam fora do lugar, foi revelado que o colchão estava cheio de manchas, que nós dormimos encima sem saber. No quarto tinha um cheiro ruim e encontramos uma barata, o mecanismo de lugar o chuveiro estava quebrado e a pia estava entupida. A sala de jantar parecida que fazia parte de uma prisão e a seleção de comidas do café da manha não eram variadas, o nosso cartão chave do quarto perdia a magnetização a todo momento e por fim quando pedimos toalhas limpas, a primeira resposta que recebemos foi "não temos". Não recomendo.

Good location, but needs work

The hotel is in a rough neighborhood, so walking around the hotel was out. You had to drive or get a ride to any location you wanted to visit. The check in staff was helpful, others not so much. The location is good if you are visiting Belem on business, but the hotel needs up keep. Also, the training room was a barely useable and the safe in the rooms are no longer maintained and functional.

Limpo, confortável e boa localização

Já é a 4° vez que minha família e eu reservamos a rede Andadre Docas, tem uma excelente localização, apesar de não ser muito segura a noite, oferece conforto, quartos limpos e bom serviço de quarto, com funcionários gentis desde da recepção aos demais serviços, tive um pequeno problema com a central de ar que não foi solucionado e nos trocaram de apartamento dando continuidade ao nosso conforto, então 10/10. A única pequena crítica é sobre o café da manhã, falta mais variedades, sempre tenho deixado esse ponto que precisa de melhorias, porém por ter sempre um bom atendimento e mais todas as outras coisas mencionadas acima, sempre é minha preferência de estadia.

Foi uma estadia razoável, a localização do hotel é excelente -literalmente no centro- o que possibilita alguns passeios a pé (mercado, docas, o forte...). O café da manhã é simples, sem muita variedade. O quarto é bastante amplo, mas tivemos problema com o aparecimento de muitas baratinhas, acredito que não seja por falta de limpeza, mas pode ser uma questão da região, vimos bastante baratas pelas ruas do centro. Os funcionários são muito solícitos e simpáticos, ponto alto no atendimento.
